Our Credit Union will collect only personal information that is necessary to conduct our business, that which is necessary to provide competitive financial products and services.

 

Our Credit Union will protect your personal information. We will maintain security controls to ensure that member information in our files and computers is protected. Where appropriate, we will protect against unauthorized access to members records, ensure accuracy and integrity of communications and transactions, and protect member confidentiality. 

 

As a member, you will always have access to your information. You will have the opportunity to request and review your information and make any necessary changes to ensure our records are complete and accurate. 

 

Member information is regarded with the utmost care and will be shared only when necessary. We will share information to administer the products and services we provide, when required to do so by the government, or with other businesses to offer a better and broader array of products and services.

 

We will only partner with businesses that follow the same strict confidentiality rules that we endorse. Those businesses we select must offer products which will enhance our members' economic well-being. We will NOT allow any firm to charge your account without your consent. We will NOT share member information with telemarketing firms.

 

There are certain types of information we will need to collect from our member in order to provide our services.

 

    Identifying Information:

                    information from consumer reports, such as a credit report, to verify member's           

                    creditworthiness and credit history.

   Application Information:

   Transaction Information:

                                        account balances

                                        payment history

                                        parties to the transaction
